Friends of Mayer (FOM) is a not-for-profit group of parent volunteers whose mission is to support Mayer via fundraising and community building initiatives in order to support the mission and day-to-day operations of Mayer Magnet School.

FOM depends on Mayer’s vibrant community to reach its mission. From attending the events, volunteering to help the day of, to joining a planning committee, there are many ways to help.

August 10 - Mayer Meet & Greet

Kick-off the year with food, friends & fun!
NEW-TO-MAYER families can tour the school and EVERYONE can meet their teachers. Afterwards, Stay, Eat, Mingle, and Shop the final Friday before school. Food available for purchase, stock up on Mayer Merch, Learn about FOM and more.

August 18 - Back to School Breakfast!

Calling ALL Mayer parents & guardians, new & old, for all grades,
Stop by Trebes Park after morning drop-off to lean on & learn from Mayer families. PreK students & their parents are encouraged to attend as well.
