Friends of Mayer (FOM) is a not-for-profit group of parent volunteers whose mission is to support Mayer via fundraising and community building initiatives in order to support the mission and day-to-day operations of Mayer Magnet School.

THANK YOU to everyone for making the Gala such an amazing success. We raised money for Mayer and had a great time in the process. The night would not have been possible without this wonderful Mayer community, including our sponsors, volunteers, teachers, staff, parents, and friends.

We did it! Thank you for donating to the Annual Fund with 61% participation from all these Mayer families! This crucial funding will be used to fulfill the current needs of the school, and a portion will also be securely invested to grow until needed in the future.

Annual Fund
The Pledge Drive, Mayer’s largest fundraising effort, begins each Fall. Parents, community members, and local businesses donate funds in support of our school’s amazing initiatives. Donations are accepted year-round.
Mayer Gala
Mayer's annual benefit is an incredible evening of food, fun, and fundraising where parents can enjoy themselves while supporting the school. Live auction and live music make for an evening not to be missed.
Walkathon
A decade-long Mayer tradition, this spring fundraising extravaganza is a meaningful way for students to get involved in raising money for the school.
