eScrip (www.escrip.com): Oscar Mayer Magnet School is now enrolled in the Dominick’s Fresh Value School program (known as the eScrip program). The program is so simple, you register once then all you have to do is remember to use your Fresh Values card when you shop at Dominick’s. A percentage of your monthly purchases will be donated automatically to the school (up to 4%) with no additional cost to you. Registration is free and easy: Visit www.escrip.com. The school name is listed as Oscar Mayer Elementary School and the Group ID is 500014085. Please note that the website gives you several other options, including an option to enter your credit card information. You do NOT have to enter your credit card information in order to enroll – you may choose to simply skip that part of the application by clicking on “Next” – but registering your credit card will generate increased funds for Oscar Mayer Magnet School. Anyone with a Fresh Value card can sign up to support the school -- you do not have to have a child at the school! Tell everyone you know!!!! Box Tops for Education (www.boxtops4education.com): There are three ways you can use Box Tops for Education to help Oscar Mayer. First, click on the link above and enroll in the site. Second, use the Box Tops marketplace to shop the online site you already shop. Simply by starting from the Marketplace site, the school earns money (between 1%-25% of your purchase price, depending on the store). Third, save the Box Tops off of products you already purchase (worth $0.10 each for the school). Periodically, you will receive notices home with your child asking them to return their Box Tops to win classroom prizes. Ask your friends and family to save them as well. GoodSearch (www.goodsearch.com): By specifying Oscar Mayer as the designated cause, every search (powered by Yahoo) earns approximately $0.01 per search for Oscar Mayer.
A lot of our fundraising efforts at Friends of Mayer require a lot of time and effort. Others, not so much! You (and your family, and your friends) can contribute to Oscar Mayer Magnet School simply by doing what you always do – buying the same products, shopping the same stores, using the same credit cards. In just a few simple steps, you can make your purchases work to benefit our school.
