Fill-out the following form, along with any desired attachments, friendsofmayer@yahoo.com at least two weeks prior to a regularly scheduled Friends of Mayer meeting for consideration at that upcoming meeting. Submissions should be supported by an in-person presentation at the appropriate meeting.
